The Education Era: Summer School lineup has us buzzing, with a curriculum of hot new talent that'll have you skipping detention to catch every act. The venue itself is a proper Manchester institution, a cavernous former factory that's been transformed into a grungy, graffiti-covered warehouse rave-up, just the kind of spot where you can get your education on without your parents breathing down your neck. Doors open at 1 pm, so you'll have time to revise your best dance moves before the lesson plan kicks off. Tickets are a very reasonable £30 — chump change for what's sure to be a master class in getting your rocks off. Just make sure you get the 1:15 tram from Piccadilly, yeah?
