Forget your textbooks and detention, the real lesson this summer is the one you'll get at Education Era's Summer School in the heart of Manchester's Plouise City. These young upstarts are turning the traditionally stuffy school setting on its head, packing the place out with an electric atmosphere as they thrash out their gritty, speaker-blowing brand of punk rock. If the walls of this indoor venue could talk, they'd be begging for mercy - this lot are going to leave the place in tatters, with raucous riffs and mosh-ready rhythms that'll get every under-16 in the place skanking like their lives depend on it. Arriving at the nearest train station, Oxford Road, you'll be able to feel the anarchic energy crackling through the air as you make your way to the mayhem.
